The Kabalikat Civicom Association, Inc. is a non-stock non-profit organization, whose noblest duty is to serve humanity through radio communications.

The Organization is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Telecommunications Commission as KABALIKAT CIVICOM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED by the following incorporators: Gil de la Torre, Celso P. Corpuz, Engr. Silver Abubo, Leandro Lazaro, Diego Magpantay Jr, Dr Cezail F. Villanueva, Hilario Pasag, Francisco Morales, Vedasto Dayan, Dean Edgar Geniza and Joseph Edward Tividad.

Today, the Organization strengthened its E-Communicators groups to facilitate all channels of communications to effectively carry out its mission in serving the community as well as worldwide. Thus the organization originally conceived as a mere responsible civic communication body, has now grown into today's nationwide Kabalikat Civicom -- to serve as link to the complex network of active communication efforts geared towards nation building.

To date, Kabalikat Civicom is the Philippine's largest civic communications network with over 500 active chapters established nationwide.
